Solbox is a focus sounds app designed first for ADHD brains. One tap on Focus starts your noise, your volume and a Pomodoro timer, with no menus to dig through first.

Inside: 15 noise colors (brown, pink, white, blue and more), 27 binaural beat presets, 7 solfeggio tones, 16 soundscapes such as rain and thunderstorms, and 6 body doubling ambiences (coffee shop, library, office and more) for when you work better with someone around.

The Pomodoro timer offers 25/5, 50/10 and 90/20 sessions or custom lengths, and shows a Live Activity countdown on the Lock Screen. A sleep timer fades the sound out. Backdrop mode plays Solbox alongside Spotify, YouTube or podcasts.

For iPhone, Apple silicon Macs and Vision Pro, in 22 languages. Free to download, with an optional Pro upgrade. Solbox is a sound app, not a medical device.
